Her har jeg gået og ført mig frem i den tro, at jeg var en ægte Palermo roleur iklædt hvidt outfit og for sart til at køre i andet end 30 grader og bagende solskin på mine små fede wiener-ben.
Og i bedste Cipollini stil har jeg også altid været altid klar med et lille blinkende charmeur smil, "wink wink", til madammerne langs whiskey-bæltets velfriserede rokoko haver.
Cervélo R3 i hvid, selvfølgelig...
Men ak nej, ak nej... jeg må abdicere fra tronen og lade en ny mand indtage tronen som Roleur Superiore - roleurenes roleur, so to speak!
For da jeg søndag morgen var en tur på landevejen med en ny cykel-buddy, Claus, en ægte feinschmecker og en rigtig levemand, gik det op for mig, at jeg havde mødt min overmand, da han kom anstigende på sin topklasse Cervélo cykel med Lightweight hjul, SRAM Red, Sidi worldcup sko og guldkæde.
Den nye konge triumferer med Sidi lir...
Og i bedste Otto Brandenburg stodder-stil ankom Claus også med en smule tømmermænd og præsterede efter knap 30 km et elegant lille vejside opkast, men op cyklen igen og videre som intet var hændt - en sand gentleman extraordinaire og en damernes mand!
Men, men... jeg bukker mig i støvet, træder til side og drager stafetten videre til den nye mand på tronen, så velkommen og tillykke til den nye Roleur Superiore.

Det er sgu, meget pæn af dig champ. Men den plads kan jeg slet ikke tage.. Du er den første roleur, og der med en ægte roleur, du er født med det. Jeg har jo bare købt mig til det..

Aaargh, Lars for sevans, jeg troede lige du havde købt ny bike da jeg så billedet.
Nu har jeg fået raceren, nye pedaler og sko, så der går ikke længe før jeg kører Amager Rundt!
